How to use this site
Frequently asked questions
Is Clear Cut Meridian a referral service?
No. We are a registry. We tell you what we have verified, when, and where the source lives. We do not place families with providers, take referral fees, or recommend specific options.
Why does this listing show "stale" or "expired"?
Stale means our 90-day re-check window has passed without re-confirmation. Expired means the credential has lapsed at the source registry. In either case, verify directly before engaging the provider.
I see a provider that should be on here.
Tell us — we accept submissions from anyone, including family members. The provider does not need to apply themselves.
I see information that's wrong or outdated.
Submit a correction. We re-check within 5 business days.
Do you cover all of Ontario?
We focus on Southern Ontario — the GTA, Hamilton-Niagara, Simcoe County, Waterloo Region, and the surrounding areas. We are slowly expanding coverage.
Is this affiliated with the government?
No. We are an independent, public-interest project. We use government-style design language because trust starts with looking trustworthy, but we are not government and we cannot enforce anything.
