Clear Cut Meridian is an independent registry. Listings are not paid; placement is not for sale. The trade-off is simple: families see only what we have actually verified.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no listing fee, no premium tier, and no paid placement option. We exist to give families a verifiable alternative to advertising-driven directories.

What we'll check

  • Provincial regulator licensing (RHRA, OHCA, LSO, etc.)
  • Professional college registration (PSWs, RNs, social workers, etc.)
  • Municipal business licenses
  • Public-health inspections, where applicable
  • Charitable / non-profit status, where claimed

How long it takes

Most submissions are verified within 5–10 business days. We will contact you if we cannot confirm a credential at the source.
