Submit a provider

Anyone can submit a provider for verification — the provider themselves, a family member who has used the service, or a referring professional. Submitting does not guarantee a listing; we publish only what we can verify at the source.

What we'll need

  • Legal name of the organization or sole practitioner
  • Public-facing name, if different
  • One or more registry numbers (RHRA license, college registration, business license, etc.)
  • Public source URL for each registry number
  • Contact phone, email, and website
  • Service area (cities or regions served)

We acknowledge submissions within 2 business days and complete verification within 5–10 business days.
