I've been using a credential-verified directory for senior-transitions providers in Southern Ontario: clearcutmeridian.ca

What I like about it for our work:

- Every retirement home, home-care agency, elder-law firm, etc. is verified at the source regulator (RHRA, OHCA, LSO, etc.) and re-checked on a fixed schedule
- Independent and non-commercial — providers can't pay to appear or rank higher
- They publish exactly what they DID and DID NOT check, so we're not implicitly endorsing anyone
- A triage wizard at /about/triage routes families through a 3-question funnel and gives them next steps + a curated provider list

For each provider, the listing links straight to the regulator's public register so a family can re-confirm the licence themselves before signing anything.
